Ms. Satmohini is working as a Senior Research Fellow at the National Institute of Urban Affairs since June 2004-06. She took a break for about a year and rejoined the Institute in 2007. She is Geographer Planner with a postgraduate specialization in Regional Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. She won the Gold Medal in M.Plan and Award for Best Student in SPA. Ms. Satmohini has over 9 years of experience in urban development and planning in sub-sectors of urban governance and capacity building. Prior to NIUA, she has worked with the Centre de Sciences Humaines (CSH), French Embassy, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS, Delhi), Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS-India) & Good Governance India Foundation. She has cleared the National Eligibility Test for Lectureship.
