Urban Finance is a quarterly newsletter of the National Institute of Urban Affairs and Indo-USAID FIRE(D) Project. The newsletter covers articles on current urban issues, best practices on urban reforms from various urban local bodies, city initiatives, new publications relating to the sector, events and activities of NIUA/FIRE project. 

Papers/articles on urban initiatives for publication in the newsletter can be sent to Satmohini S. Ray at sray@niua.org  The paper should not exceed 800 words.
