He has been working for NIUA for last 25 years. During this period, He was involved in more than 28 research studies. In most of the studies of the NIUA, he was in the core research team and next to the coordinator. He was entrusted to provide all research support, viz. planning, designing and conducting field surveys, processing of primary as well as secondary data, preparation of tabulation plans and analytical tables, writing of reports, organizing workshops, seminar/conferences, visiting sample cities and discussions with political social, technical and administrative functionaries.
