He is a Junior Research Officer at the Institute. Has done masters in Sociology and is associated with NIUA for more then twenty years in the research & development area.  Has an experience on urban finance, urban resource mobilization, urban health, contributed in the studies on 74th Constitution Amendment Act,  Financial Institution and Expansion Program- Debt Market (FIRE-D) and associated with publication of Newsletters.  Also participated in the short term Training Programme on environment based Urban Renewal programme organised by TERI, New Delhi. Areas of interests are Urban Health, Urban e-governance & Information Technology.
