NALINI SHANGLOO is a Research Officer at the Institute. She has about 27 years of professional experience in the urban sector. She has worked on research studies related to urbanisation, urban informal sector, and decentralisation of municipal administration, and urban poverty amongst others. She has a Masters Degree in Political Science from Delhi University.
