Dr. Debjani Ghosh is a Senior Research Officer in the Institute. She is a PhD in Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. She has more than 8 years experience in the field of regional and urban development planning (decentralised planning, management mechanism in planning, rural development, city planning etc.) and teaching. Before joining the Institute, Dr. Debjani Ghosh has been Lecturer and Visiting Faculty in School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and Assistant Professor, Centre for Urban Development, Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurgaon.
